In the unlikely event that your item has arrived damaged (or your item is missing) please contact us straight away at admin@dtsolutions.co.uk with pictures of the damaged. Once we receive the pictures we can send out a replacement or issue a refund immediately.

What courier/shipping method do you use?
For the larger items such as the worktop jigs and routing jigs we use a courier service which is a 24 hour delivery as standard. For the smaller items such as the cutters, guide bushes and kits we use Royal Mail.
I live local, can I pick up my item?
You are more than welcome to come down and pick up your item straight from us. Just send us an email saying you will be down to pick up an item. There is no need to pay through the website as we can take payment here.
